Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 18, 2026

521 Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Redlands, California based consulting practice operated by Tabari Brannon. This policy explains what personal information we collect through 521solutions.com, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company, the service you are interested in, and the message you write. When you fill out our therapy practice questionnaire, we collect your name, business email, practice name, role, practice size, the software you use, a general description of the workflow you want to improve, and your answers to a few planning questions. The questionnaire asks you not to include any patient or protected health information, and we do not want or need it. If you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email address, and the meeting details you provide. If you sign up for our monthly email, Mailchimp stores your name and email address.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This involves cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser type, pages visited, buttons clicked, and how you arrived at the site. Our hosting and security providers also keep standard server logs, including IP addresses, to keep the site secure and operational. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated program.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request
  • To schedule and hold consultations you book
  • To send our monthly email if you subscribe (you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email)
  • To understand how the website is used and improve it
  • To protect the website and its forms against spam, abuse, and security threats

We may use AI tools to help organize inquiries and prepare draft replies. A person reviews every reply before it is sent.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with the service providers that make this website and our business work:

  • Google (website analytics)
  • Calendly (call scheduling)
  • Mailchimp (monthly email)
  • Cloudflare (website delivery, security, and spam protection)
  • Bluehost (website hosting and email)
  • OpenAI (AI tools used to help organize inquiries and draft replies)

Each provider processes your information under its own privacy policy and only to provide its service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies

The site uses cookies set by Google Analytics to measure site usage, and Cloudflare may set cookies needed for security and spam protection. When you open the scheduling window, Calendly may set its own cookies. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; most of the site will still work without them.

Data Retention

We keep contact form submissions, questionnaire answers, and client correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) gives you the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you and request a copy of it
  • Delete personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information)
  • Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with your request. We will verify your identity and respond within the timeframes required by law.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to personal information to what is needed to operate the business. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Children’s Privacy

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
